What’s new · Plynno
Time for what matters. Room for what’s next.
- A new focus mode: Timer. Give one task your time and attention, and let Plynno remind you when it is time for a break. Choose a task, set a duration and begin — a gentle bell and a clear visual signal mark the end of your session.
- Space archiving. A finished project no longer needs to sit among your current work: archive the entire Space with its tasks. When you need it again, restore it from Archive.
- Batch task actions. Tidy up in a few clicks: select a group of tasks and archive, restore or delete them together. Plynno asks for confirmation before deleting.
- Visual refinements. Clearer focus modes, more visible task selection and consistent buttons and dividers make it easier to find your way and keep your priorities in sight.
Try Plynno before signing up
- The landing page has been redesigned. You can now try Plynno without signing up: explore menus and boards, create and drag tasks, and try different themes.
- The help centre has been refreshed: find out how to use Plynno, explore planning approaches or learn how to install the app.
An app for phones and computers
- Install Plynno on your phone or computer and launch it from its own icon. The app lets you know when the connection is lost and offers updates when you are ready. Saving tasks requires an internet connection.
- The main mobile buttons are now at the bottom of the screen, within easier reach. Swipe to open the sidebar, browse the week as a vertical list of days and reveal subtasks with a gesture.
A clearer interface and faster work
- Cards, menus and settings now share a consistent, understated look. Choose a light, dark or shadow-free contrast theme, and add your own accent colour if you wish.
- Workspace loading and updates after task changes are faster, particularly when you have accumulated many tasks and discussions.
Milestones, search and batch actions
- Plan larger projects with phases and milestones on a timeline. Hover over a task or milestone to see its linked name and date. Save the plan to Excel for further work or discussion.
- Find what you need on the current board by task title, Space name or assignee. Switch to Mine to focus on your own work, and move several selected tasks together.
- Save your task list as CSV to work with it in a spreadsheet, and download attachments together in a single ZIP archive.
Sprints and blocked tasks
- Plan team work for a chosen period: collect upcoming work in the backlog, select tasks for a sprint and see who is working on what and what is already complete.
- Mark tasks as blocked and add a reason so the team can see what is preventing progress.
Shared Spaces
- Invite people into shared Spaces and assign tasks. The assignment board shows who is responsible, while notifications help you notice new assignments and messages.
- Break work into subtasks, discuss it with your team and attach the files you need directly to the task card. Flag important comments to make them easier to spot.
The beginning: space for what matters
- The first Plynno brought personal tasks into one place: set priorities in the matrix, choose what to do today and see upcoming work in Timeline.
- The calendar made it easier to plan by day, notes and the scratchpad kept ideas close to tasks, and focus modes helped highlight what matters. Ukrainian and English became available.
