Calendar subscriptions

Open Calendar subscriptions in Settings. Enable Plynno · Work and/or Plynno · Personal, then copy the link. All accessible, unarchived spaces and their dated milestones are included automatically by context, including spaces added later.

One “Only mine / All” filter applies to both calendars and saves immediately. “Only mine” includes your own dated tasks and space tasks assigned to you. “All” also includes tasks assigned to others or to no one. Your own tasks are always included; milestones are unaffected by this filter.

Each date has one all-day “Daily plan · Plynno” event with full open-task titles and a link to that day. Milestones appear separately as “⚑ Name”. Events do not block availability or include reminders, although your calendar may apply its own notification settings.

Connect your calendar

• Google Calendar: in a computer browser, select Other calendars → + → From URL. Paste the link and add the calendar. Google instructions.
• Outlook on the web: Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web. Paste the link. Microsoft instructions.
• Apple Calendar on Mac: File → New Calendar Subscription. Paste the link and choose iCloud as the location. On iPhone/iPad: Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar; choose the iCloud account. Use the Calendar app: the iCloud.com website is not the way to add this subscription. Repeat for the second calendar. Subscribe using the URL; importing a downloaded file only creates a one-time copy.

Updates

This is a one-way Plynno → calendar subscription, served even while Plynno is closed. Edit tasks in Plynno. Completed, archived and deleted tasks disappear from the plan; empty plans disappear entirely. Rescheduling updates the affected dates. Changing context moves tasks between calendars. Overdue tasks stay on their original dates.

Your external calendar controls refresh timing. Completed or moved tasks may temporarily remain in the old plan. Updates are not guaranteed to be immediate.

Privacy

Anyone with the link can read included events. Keep it private. Comments, attachments and blocking explanations are excluded. Archived spaces and spaces you can no longer access are excluded when the feed is next fetched.

Disable revokes only that calendar's link. Reissue link invalidates its old URL immediately; replace the subscription in your external calendar. Copies already received are not guaranteed to disappear. Remove an old subscription manually if needed. Demo mode creates no real links.
