Find the right tool

Navigation

Desktop controls live in the sidebar and header. On phones, the main actions are at the bottom: menu, create task, All / Mine, Space selection and search. Swipe from the left edge to open the menu.

Boards and planning

Today, Calendar and Scratchpad are supporting tools. Main views include Matrix, Timeline, Distribution, Milestones and Sprints. Availability depends on the features enabled in Settings. Show Archive is also enabled there.

The Timeline week stacks vertically on phones. Matrix quadrants can be collapsed. A Day note belongs to a date rather than a task.

Filters

Work and Personal separate contexts. Space selects a project; No Space selects tasks outside projects. A phone shows one Space at a time; desktop supports multiple selections.

Mine focuses the view on your tasks. Search filters the current screen by text. Show completed includes finished tasks.

Focus and settings

Focus includes Eat the frog, Rule of Three, Review dates and the Timer. For the frog or timer, drag a task into the box or use Choose on board. The timer gives a task a time limit and signals when the session ends.

Settings contains themes, accent color, language, time zone, features and export. Wiki opens from there.

On a phone

Tap a card to open it. The grip at the bottom reveals subtasks without opening the editor. Tap a field to edit; pinch zoom remains available.
