Add several tasks as a list

Shopping already written down in your notes, or the next project steps in a message? Bring the list into Plynno without creating each card separately.

Paste a ready-made list or type your own

Open a new card and paste the list into the title field: one task per line. The card switches to list mode automatically.

To type a list, enter the first task and press Shift+Enter. After that, Enter adds another line.

Choose shared properties and create the tasks

Set a date, quadrant, highlight or Space if needed — these properties apply to the whole list.

Review the lines and press “Create N tasks” or Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac). Each line becomes a separate card, keeping the order of your tasks.

If you need to add details

Add comments and subtasks to individual cards after creating them.

If a new card already has a comment or subtasks, open another card to enter your list.

If only one task remains

When deleting extra lines leaves just one, the card returns to regular mode. Your chosen properties stay in place, and Enter confirms task creation again.
