Plynno Public Agreement (Terms of Use)
Effective from 27 September 2026. Updated on 29 September 2026.
These Terms govern your use of the website https://plynno.app and the Plynno web application (together, the “Service”).
You accept these Terms during registration by confirming your agreement after reading them. This creates a contract for using Plynno under Articles 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Simply browsing the website does not mean you accept the Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your data. Where processing requires consent, we ask for it separately.
1. Access to the Service
1.1. Purpose. Plynno helps you plan personal and work tasks, set priorities and keep notes. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the available features for their intended purposes during the term of the agreement.
1.2. Development status. The Service is under development and testing. Errors, interruptions and feature changes may occur. We give advance notice of planned changes that materially restrict access to your Content and provide a reasonable opportunity to obtain a copy. Urgent security measures may be taken without advance notice; we will notify you as soon as possible.
1.3. Free use. There is currently no charge for using the Service. Paid features may be introduced with at least 30 calendar days’ notice. Paid terms will apply to you only after your separate agreement. No payment obligations arise without that agreement. If free access is to end, we will notify you in advance and provide an opportunity to obtain a copy of your Content.
1.4. Account. Registration requires a valid email address. Protect your password and report suspected unauthorised access to support@plynno.app. Responsibility for actions through an account is determined by law, taking the circumstances into account.
1.5. Age and authority. The Service is intended for people aged 16 or over. If you do not have full legal capacity, consent from a parent or other legal representative is required to enter into the agreement where the law requires it. People under 16 must not create an account. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you must have the necessary authority.
2. Your Content
2.1. Definition. Content means tasks, comments, day notes, scratchpad entries and other materials supported by the Service that you create or enter.
2.2. Rights. Your Content belongs to you or the relevant rights holders. You allow us to store, process, copy and display it only to operate and secure the Service and make backups. We use the providers listed in the Privacy Policy for these purposes. This permission lasts until the relevant copies are deleted; longer retention is possible where required by law.
We do not sell your Content, publish it without your instruction or use it to train artificial intelligence models.
2.3. Access to Content. We do not routinely review your Content. Authorised persons may access it only to the extent necessary to assist with your request, investigate a security incident or a substantiated report of a violation, or comply with a lawful requirement. Technical processing by providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
2.4. Copies and deletion. You can export tasks as CSV in Settings. For other data, contact support@plynno.app. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains how personal data requests are handled.
You can delete your account in Settings or through support. Save any data you need first and transfer or delete Spaces you own. Shared tasks and messages may remain in other members’ Spaces. Section 5 of the Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention. Restoring a deleted account on request is not provided.
2.5. Permitted data. Do not enter state or banking secrets, passwords for other services, complete payment card details or special categories of personal data, including health information or religious or political beliefs. The Service is not intended for such use.
If your Content includes personal data about other people, you must have a lawful basis for entering it. These Terms do not replace a separate data processing agreement where one is required for an organisation’s use of the Service. Until such an agreement has been agreed, do not use the Service as a system for processing customer or employee databases.
3. Rules of use
You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security restrictions or generate load that disrupts the Service.
We may restrict or terminate access for a violation. We will normally explain the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation and obtain a copy of Content that may lawfully be transferred. Immediate restriction is possible to prevent a threat, protect others’ rights or comply with the law. You can challenge a restriction by contacting support@plynno.app.
4. Intellectual property and feedback
Rights in the Service’s code, design, name and other components belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Third-party components may be used under their own licences. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
We may use ideas and suggestions you voluntarily provide to improve the Service without paying compensation. This does not give us the right to disclose your personal data, private Content or confidential information in correspondence.
5. Personal data
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other applicable rules. The GDPR applies where processing falls within its territorial and material scope. The Privacy Policy describes processing purposes, recipients, retention periods and your rights.
6. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided in its current condition and subject to actual availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, the continued availability of every feature or suitability for your particular needs.
We use database backups to recover the Service after failures. They do not guarantee preservation of every latest change or restoration of an individual deleted task. Export important data as well. Our data protection obligations and your statutory rights continue to apply.
7. Liability
Each party is responsible for breaching its obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we do not compensate for lost profits or indirect losses resulting from use of the test version of the Service. Liability for data loss is determined by law.
These limitations do not apply to intentional breaches of obligations or other cases where the law prohibits limiting liability, including mandatory compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing of personal data.
Extraordinary circumstances may excuse liability only where the law allows and they directly caused the failure to meet an obligation. The affected party must notify the other as soon as possible and take steps to reduce the consequences.
8. Ending use of the Service
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate access on the grounds set out in section 3.
We give at least 30 calendar days’ notice of a planned permanent shutdown and provide an opportunity to obtain a copy of your Content. If that period is objectively impossible because of a legal prohibition or an urgent threat, we notify you at the earliest opportunity and explain the available process for obtaining your data.
Provisions on rights in materials, settlement of existing claims and disputes, and data protection and deletion obligations continue after termination until the relevant processing has ended.
9. Changes to these Terms
We publish the current version at https://plynno.app/terms with its effective date. We give notice of material changes by email or in the Service at least 14 calendar days in advance, unless the law requires a different period.
For material changes to contractual rights and obligations, we ask you to confirm acceptance of the new version. If you do not accept it, you can obtain a copy of your Content and stop using the Service. We give advance notice of any possible end to access under the previous version. Changes do not apply retroactively or create payment obligations without separate agreement.
10. Enquiries and disputes
The agreement is governed by Ukrainian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under applicable law regardless of the choice of law.
Send enquiries to support@plynno.app. We respond to ordinary enquiries within 14 calendar days; personal data requests are subject to the specific periods in the Privacy Policy.
Contacting us is not a mandatory prerequisite to seeking judicial protection. The competent court and available remedies are determined by applicable law.
11. Other provisions and provider details
If a provision is invalid, the remaining Terms continue to apply. Rights and obligations under the agreement may be transferred in accordance with the law, with your consent where required. We give advance notice of a change in the Service provider or data controller.
These Terms are drawn up in Ukrainian. If a translation differs from the Ukrainian text, the Ukrainian text prevails unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
